Ant-Man is Really Cool!

On Friday, I went to see the Ant-Man movie. Ant-Man is funny, neat, inspiring and exciting!

Ant-Man is about Scott Lang who is a thief and he steals the Ant-Man suit from Hank Pym’s house. He tries it out and Hank Pym talks to him about the suit. Hank Pym wants Scott to become the Ant-Man because he is too old to be Ant-Man again. He needs Scott to be the Ant-Man because Yellow Jacket is dangerous and could lead to disasters if other people got the technology.

Scott Lang is helped out by Hank Pym’s daughter Hope and Luis. Luis is his friend and he’s funny and kind of smart and can knock people out with one punch. Together they try to steal the Yellow Jacket suit before Darren Cross sells it to bad guys.

Here’s a cool video of Falcon and Ant-Man from the movie:

I would give Ant-Man an A, because there are funny scenes like the one with Thomas the Tank Engine that was in the trailer, it has lots of unexpected things and the action scenes are also exciting. It’s inspiring because thinking about seeing his little girl again helped Scott get out of danger.

It’s rated PG-13 because there’s a few bad words in it. There’s no inappropriate parts where anyone rips anyone apart. (Dad’s note: there are 5 “bad words” total, 3 at the beginning and 2 at the end, deemed not a big deal by this dad for this boy.)

Have you seen the movie? What do you think about it?

Carl, I agree! Ant Man was fun, funny, dramatic, and inspired. My favorite part was when Scott and his family are back together and they believe in Scott again. Plus, the two extra scenes durng and after the credits were AMAZING!

Hi Eric. I just saw another new Marvel movie — Fantastic Four. Have you seen it? It wasn’t as good as Ant Man but it was still pretty good because Dr. Doom was as bad as Dr. Doom should be, and he was really scary, which made the movie more fun. But Fantastic Four just ended, it didn’t have any ending scenes.
